EN12245:2009+A1-2011 Ultra Light PET Liner Carbon Fiber SCBA Air Cylinder

1.The design, manufacture are according to EN12245:2009+A1-2011, inspection and check of liner must conform to the standard EN12245:2009+A1-2011.

2.The carbon fiber that we adopt is h2550, and Technical performances: Tensile strength≥4400MPa,Stretch modulus≥230GPa.After poaching for 24 hours, the shear strength between layers is more than 34.5MPa.

3.According to the enterprise standards EN12245:2009+A1-2011 ,the cylinder’s nominal service pressure is 300bar, hydrostatic test pressure is 450bar, hydrostatic burst pressure≥900bar.

6. The pressure test must be carried out according to the standard of EN12245:2009+A1-2011.

7.The internal and external surfaces of the finished cylinder shall be free of defects which can adversely affect the safe working of the cylinder.In addition, there shall be no visible foreign matter present inside the cylinder.

8.After wound, the cylinders should be cured according to the cure arts and crafts.

9.Valves must have safety pressure relief devices for the type of fusible plugs or bursting disc ,the releasing area of risk rupture and fusible plugs must be more than the safety calculated releasing area. The valve fitted with bursting disc set to operate pressure(Ph)and 1.15 Ph. If the valve is fitted with a fusible plug this shall operate at a minimum temperature of 100℃.
